Akho Bhagat was a great poet of Gujarati literature in the 17th century. This blog is dedicated to his contribution, life and about his 13th generation family descendents.
We live in Desai ni Pol, Khadia, opp. to the place where a beautiful sculpture of our great ancestor Akho Bhagat has been installed. Through this blog we want to highlight various interesting facets of Akho's life, his contribution in addition to some interesting aspects and events in the lives of his descendents. Our sole motive is to add more values in the ongoing heritage restoration initiatives at Khadia.
